The hydraulic oil tank is equipped with an averaging device for the puricaon of the
contained uid. Such device is provided with a cartridge (lter) with a high ltering power. It
puries the oil on its return to the tank (unloading phase). To check the lter, it is necessary
to remove the lid, unscrew the three screws and extract it from its seat, as showed in gure
30. Use only a new lter of the same type.

IMPORTANT: To avoid polluon, it’s absolutely forbidden to disperse oils, lubricants, lter
cartridges or other noxious materials in the environment. Comply strictly with the instrucons
in force for the disposal of liquids or solid substances.
2-4 Changing and check of the oil in the motor reducers
Note: every type of motor drive has got plugs placed in dierent angles between each other.
The types placed on the Pile Driver can have an angle of 90° or of 180°, as those showed in
gure 31. Level check
Let the motor drives turn until you bring the plugs in one of the numbers of configuration
1 shown in figure 31(1). In both configurations, plug-in position A represents the
unloading one and must be on about 15° under the white line in the middle of the drive.
The plugin position B represents the loading one. Unscrew both plugs; put oil in the
reducer through plug B, and when the oil comes out of the plug it means that the oil has
reached the right level.
