OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR SCREW PILES
Your model pile driver is with a hydraulic motor. gure 1
1. To use the Quantum to screw in piles you need to connect a factory screw pile plate to
the boom of the drill. gure 1
2. The screws in and is ghtened by hand
3. Piles are connected by the number of manufactured pins on the plate and held by
downward pressure.
4. Piles are set into the base plate gure 2
5. The base plate must be placed on the ground at all mes g 3
6. The screw pile aachment is operated by the controller gure 3
7. At all mes hands and personnel must stand back from the rotang pile 8. Normal PP
safety gear must be used at all mes
