• Carefully clean the parts of
the undercarriage
• Remove the closing tally (1)
on the backstay, shown in
g.23
• Loosen the ghtening valve
(2) inside the space as shown in g

IMPORTANT: Pay aenon when the track falls on the ground.
• For the installaon of the new crawler track proceed as indicated before but in the opposite
order
Tightening
Normally such movement is carried out in the operave area (construcon sites) and is
operaonal by introducing grease in the ghtening valve with the help of a hand pump.
Therefore, not having a manometer, the ghtening is operaonal in an appropriate measure at
sight. If instead, the ghtening takes place in an authorised workshop, the grease can be
injected, under pressure. The standard pressure read out on the manometer of the valve has to
be 200 bar.
IMPORTANT: In both ways, in the moment when the pump will be extracted from the valve, the
transporng of a shut-o valve will prevent the out coming of grease, especially for that under
pressure, is very dangerous.
