Do the following maintenance aer 500 operang hours and every 500 working hours:
• Change the diaphragm in the hammer head and restore the nitrogen level
The checks and maintenance to be carried out every 250/500 hours have to be done regularly,
consulng the present manual of use and maintenance as well as the one concerning the
hammer.
Yearly check or aer 1000 operang hours
Do the following checks aer one year or aer 1000 operang hours:
• Check the integrity of all the adhesive labels;
• Check the integrity of all the tubes (closing links, integrity of the protecve braided
wires, and the lack of hydraulic oil leaks or dras);
• Substute the engine oil;
• Substute the engine oil lter;
• Substute the hydraulic oil in the tank and the concerning lter completely. For such
transporng consult the instrucons described in the concerning paragraph;
Check the automac return of the control levers and the carrying out of all the funcons;
• Check the ghtening of the crawler tracks;
• Check the wear-out and state of the crawler tracks, of the pinions, and of the inferior
rollers. For the check and the substuon of the crawler tracks follow the instrucons
described in the concerning paragraph. For the substuon of the pinions and the side
rollers it is advisable to consult the manufacturer;
• Apply grease to all the present grease cups on the pile driver with the special pump. For
such maintenance, follow the described instrucons in the appropriate paragraph;
• Clean the chain and grease its links;
• Check the presence and the integrity of the hold-downs and the security devices;
• Check the locking of all the nuts and bolts;
• Check the state of the whole carpentry;
• Check the liquid level in the baery;
• Consult the manual of the engine and the hammer for relave task;
Yearly check or aer 2000 operang hours
Note: At 2000 hours please drain and replace all the oils on the nal drives and the hydraulic
system along with lters.
