Intermittent connection to BLE (Blue-tooth
low energy) devices
• Verify mobile device is within line of sight to Product Controller
II ECU.
• Verify the mobile device Diagnostic app is open.
Cannot control with mobile device • Verify mobile device is connected to Product Controller II ECU.
• Verify the Enable Wireless Control checkbox is selected in User
Settings screen on Product Controller II ECU.
• Verify system speed in “0” on the main Product Controller II ECU
screen.
• Verify all boom section switches and master switch are toggled
“ON” on the machine control panel or joystick.
