2.11.3 PREPARING PYLONTECH BATTERIES
BMS cables connect the Fan Controller to the first battery, and between subsequent batteries. Each battery must be earthed to
the enclosure cabinet.
Turn all batteries OFF.
Set all battery DIP switches down, as shown, to ensure correct communication.
Connect a 350mm Earth Cable to the Earth terminal of each battery.
Remove all battery handles, as shown.
Note the location of enclosure battery earth studs.
2.11.4 POSITION BATTERIES IN THE ENCLOSURE
Turn the on-enclosure Battery Isolator to the OFF position (right).
Position batteries in the cabinet as shown below, to provide optimal
cooling and cabinet stability. Note: Newest-model is always the
master, and all terminals and sockets face toward top of cabinet.
For convenience, populate the bottom shelf first; connect cables;
then refit the battery shelf.
