8. Move the scanner carriage fully across to the right side by rotating the scanner motor
[A] at the rear of the machine.
9. Put the connector of the heater [B] through the cutout [C].
10. Move the scanner carriage to the left side as shown above by rotating the scanner
motor at the rear of the machine.
11. Install the heater in the scanner unit ( x 1).
12. Secure the cable cover [A] and the left side of the heater ( x 1).
13. Attach a clamp as shown above.
14. Connect the harness [A] of the heater to the connector [B] in the frame of the machine.
