The network cable must be the correct type and connected to the designated LAN port on the E-25C connector panel. * Verify that you are not using the printer port; check the cable connection to the network. * Try replacing the network cable with a new or tested cable. * Ask your network administrator to check other devices on the network. * If the rest of the network is functioning properly, the Ethernet port on the motherboard may be faulty, requiring you to replace the motherboard.
