Measurements to the first and second target (P1 and P2) are stored as comment records (PT1 and PT2).
The last record records the angle measurement to the ALT (vertically offset point from the actual target
point).

This function is useful when the instrument is very close to the point and it is difficult to take a
measurement using the EDM.
