25-62 Fire Extinguisher
Refer to R66 Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) Figure 25-13.
NOTE
Fire extinguisher installation is optional equipment.
A. Inspection
Inspect fire extinguisher monthly according to manufacturer's instructions. Maintenance
instructions are located on extinguisher bottle. Record inspection date and findings as
required.
B. Bracket Removal
1. Unlock fire extinguisher bracket and remove extinguisher.
2. Remove hardware securing bracket to cabin under left side windshield frame and
remove bracket.
C. Bracket Installation
1. Install hardware securing fire extinguisher bracket to cabin under left side windshield
frame. Select screw length as required to provide 0.00-0.06 inch thread exposure.
Verify security.
2. Inspect fire extinguisher per Part A.
3. Install fire extinguisher and lock extinguisher bracket.
