Possible causes: o Sample path leaks or is blocked
o Cuvette fill leaks
o Main pump tube defective
Remedy: o Call up "Wash".
o Check/replace main pump tube.

No sample detected in Hb module (tHb/SO

instrument configuration).

Remedy: o Ensure that sample input is sufficient and homogenous.
