4.2.5 Effect of the RF source
Information related to the reflection coefficient Γ of the signal source is provided in the
"
Γ Correction" dialog box (gamma correction). Γ Correction is used to increase mea-
surement accuracy by correcting the effect of source mismatch on the measured value.
