current list is displayed in parameters FREE and LEN

COPY Copies a list range

position of the list
DELETE Deletes a list range
EDIT/VIEW Edits or views the list
CONTROL STATE
ON The signals from the selected
CONTROL LIST are effective.
OFF The signals are not effective
