3. Communication Command
3.1 Communication Command Contents
It is basic communication command structure between upper-level computer and TEMI 770.

This code indicates the start of a command string
② ADDRESS
Communication address to identify the instruments.
③ COMMAND
Specify the command from an upper device. (See 3.2~3.9)
④ ',' (Separation character)
Character for separating command and data by ','.
⑤ Data
Data by Command rule.
⑥ Check Sum
This converts the character next to STX to the ASCII code of the text immediately
before the check sum. This column is only required for PC link communication with check sum.
⑦, ⑧ CR, LF
This control code indicates the end of a command.
