(a) For the Open-Source Sectionalizing (Positive Sequence) setpoint,
select the Yes setting to enable opening on loss of voltage.
(b) Congure the Open Source Voltage Threshold setpoint to select the
system voltage below which tripping will occur.
(c) For example, on a 120-V base, the Positive Sequence Voltage value will be
below the 80% threshold of 96 V when one phase drops below 48 V, or two
phases drop below 84 V, or all three phases drop below 96 V. A trip occurs
when voltage stays below the threshold for the duration of the Open Source
Time to Trip setpoint.
(d) The Open Source Threshold, Low Source Voltage Threshold, and the
Reset Voltage Threshold setpoints should be matched to the Good
Source Voltage Indication setpoint to keep things consistent.
(e) Keep the Good Source Time to Detect setpoint and the Time to Detect
Low Voltage setpoint at the default values. See Figure 75 on page 131.
STEP 11. Adjust the Hot Line Tag mode TCC curves on the Setup>Protection>Hot Line
Tag>Current screen. See Figure 76.
The IntelliRupter fault interrupter uses these TCC curve configurations
when placed into the Hot Line Tag mode by the HOT LINE TAG lever, a SCADA
command, or an IntelliLink software command.
