In addition to the error report, we also ask for a Software Report for
both scanner/Mac and scanner/PC to be completed. This will assist our
support department in isolating software problems and speed up down
time on your equipment. A copy of these reports can be found on pages
1•15 and 1•17 respectively and should be used to take all the necessary
copies.
