Multiple Input Instances
Configuring Active Inputs and Failover
When two input instances are configured, only one of them can be assigned to the
output instances. The Input Selection menu is used to determine which receive instance
is the primary and backup.

this input will be the active input

become the active input. The catalyst for
the unit to switch to this input is configured
