Maintenance Guidelines
Automotive maintenance refers to scheduled preventive
work on specific aspects of a vehicle, including inspection,
cleaning, replenishment, lubrication, adjustment, or
replacement of certain parts. Regular and proper vehicle
maintenance ensures optimal performance.
Ensures the vehicle is in optimal performance
condition, ready to meet your driving needs at any
time.
Extends the overall lifespan of the vehicle and key
components, preserving the overall value of the
vehicle.
Effectively improves the vehicle's efficiency, reducing
energy consumption and the wear of components
including tires.
Enhances the overall performance of the vehicle by
promptly addressing any issues or malfunctions.
Ensures driving safety, providing you with a
comfortable and secure driving experience.
Failure to properly maintain the vehicle as per the
scheduled maintenance plan outlined in the "User Manual"
may lead to related malfunctions, impact vehicle
performance, increase operating costs, and pose potential
safety hazards. We strongly recommend that you regularly
perform correct maintenance at the dealership according
to the guidelines in the "User Manual". We will provide you
with high-quality genuine parts, professional repairs and
maintenance, paint touch-up, and other premium services.
Free Maintenance
In order to better protect your beloved Vehicle,
SERES provides you with one free maintenance
service. Please make sure to complete the free
maintenance service at the dealer within the specified
time and mileage limits from the date of your Vehicle
purchase (whichever comes first).
If you fail to complete the first free maintenance
service on time, it will be considered as voluntarily
waiving your right to free maintenance. SERES will no
longer provide additional free maintenance services
for you. It is essential to note that vehicle damage and
malfunctions due to a lack of proper maintenance will
not be covered under the warranty.
Please refer to the maintenance schedule (see page
160) for the timing of maintenance.
Regular Maintenance
The "User Manual" for this product provides the most
appropriate and detailed vehicle maintenance plan. When
you consistently adhere to this plan for maintaining your
vehicle, your beloved Vehicle will remain in optimal
condition. For detailed maintenance information, please
consult the dealer. The User Center is equipped with
professional facilities and genuine SERES parts. It is
strongly recommended that you complete maintenance
services at the User Center. This will provide the perfect
protection for your Vehicle and greatly enhance the
convenience of obtaining warranty services.
Caution
Vehicle damage and malfunctions caused by a
lack of proper maintenance will not be covered
under warranty.
Caution
During the vehicle usage process, if the driving
environment or conditions are harsh (long-term
heavy load, poor air quality, high temperature and
humidity, mountainous roads, etc.), it is advisable
to refer to the maintenance schedule and increase
the maintenance frequency as needed.
Please refer to the maintenance schedule for
maintenance timing.
Use SERES genuine parts
SERES is committed to ensuring that your vehicle
maintains optimal performance. To achieve this, we
provide high-quality genuine parts. We strongly
recommend using SERES genuine parts when using,
repairing, and maintaining your vehicle. This will
significantly ensure that your vehicle retains high-quality
utility throughout its usage.
Carry the Quick Guide
The "Quick Guide" provides detailed information on the
three guarantees and warranty policies for your vehicle.
SERES offers a nationwide warranty service. When you
require warranty service, the user center may, in certain
specific condition, ask you to provide the purchase invoice,
warranty certificate, and the "Quick Guide." When there is
a change in vehicle ownership, please transfer this manual
to the new owner as well.
Retain relevant maintenance records.
After maintenance and repairs at the dealership,
relevant service records will be stored in the SERES
service system, greatly enhancing the convenience of
your subsequent services. When you get maintenance
services elsewhere, please request and keep
documents such as repair settlement lists in
accordance with the 'Regulations on the Management
of Motor Vehicle Maintenance.' Dealerships may ask
for such records when you receive warranty services
to verify whether the vehicle has received correct
maintenance and care. Thank you for your support.
When communicating with the user center, it is
recommended that you provide: Vehicle Identification
Number (VIN), current mileage, dealer information,
sales date, vehicle maintenance history records,
vehicle malfunctions, and any specific requirements.
This information will help the user center quickly
identify your case and provide you with accurate and
efficient service."
