Power Battery
The power battery is a crucial component of the vehicle.
During use, please pay attention to the following matters
and limitations:
Avoid parking the vehicle in environments with
excessively high or low temperatures.
Do not park the vehicle for extended periods to
prevent complete discharge of the power battery,
which could lead to damage.
If there are signs of dents or damage on the exterior of
the power battery, contact the dealer for inspection.
Keep the vehicle dry and avoid parking for extended
periods in humid environments, such as places with
standing water.
Avoid abrupt acceleration, overloading, etc., to reduce
high current discharges of the power battery and
increase its lifespan.
If the vehicle is parked for an extended period,
disconnect the negative terminal of the 12V battery
and regularly charge the vehicle to maintain the
battery level between 50% and 60%. It is
recommended to check the battery level regularly and
use the vehicle at least once a month.
Danger
Non-professionals should not touch, move,
dismantle the power battery, or handle related
high voltage cables, or other components marked
with high voltage warnings.
In the event of a vehicle or power battery fire,
quickly move away from the vehicle to a safe
distance. Use a fire extinguisher designed for
electrical fires. Using water or an incorrect
extinguisher may result in electric shock.
Tip
If you need to disconnect the negative terminal of the
12V battery, please contact the dealer.
Characteristics of the power battery
Under normal conditions, the range of the vehicle
powered by the power battery may be affected by
driving habits, road conditions, temperature, or the
use of air conditioning.
In a high state of charge, the regenerative braking
function of the power battery may reduce its energy
recovery capability.
In a low state of charge, the overall acceleration
performance of the vehicle may decrease.
To maintain the optimal performance of the power
battery over the long term, avoid exposing the vehicle
to temperatures exceeding 55 or below -30 for
more than 24 hours.
If the power battery's charge level drops to 0%, it must
be connected to a power source for charging. If the
vehicle remains in an unpowered state for an
extended period with 12V battery discharge, it may be
unable to charge the power battery. In such cases,
attempt jump-Start Vehicle and then try charging
again. If charging is still not possible, contact the
dealer immediately.
Power Battery Recycling Guidelines
The power battery is installed at the bottom of the vehicle
and contains numerous lithium battery cells. Improper
disposal may cause environmental pollution or harm.
Please adhere to the following information or requirements
and ensure that recycling is carried out by the dealer or
designated collaborating units.
Personnel Requirements: Dismantling must be carried
out by qualified professionals.
High Voltage Safety: The power battery contains
lithium battery packs, high-voltage components, and
wiring. Adequate insulation and safety precautions
must be taken before opening or dismantling.
Transportation: Power batteries are classified as
Class 9 dangerous goods and must be transported by
vehicles with Class 9 dangerous goods transportation
qualifications.
Storage: Disassembled power batteries should be
stored in a temperature-controlled, dry environment,
away from flammable materials, heat sources, water
sources, and other hazards.
Internal Components: Power batteries consist of
lithium battery (packs), circuit boards, wiring, metal
casings, and other components.
It is recommended to dispose of used power batteries
generated due to Vehicle Scrappingpage or other reasons
at designated recycling service centers. For information on
the maintenance, recycling, and disposal of power
batteries, please consult the dealer.
Danger
Prohibit the illegal disposal or abandonment of
power batteries.
Power batteries are intended for use in new
energy vehicles. It is prohibited to use power
batteries outside of vehicles or modify them in any
way.
Warning
Transferring used power batteries to other entities or
individuals, as well as disassembling power batteries
without proper authorization, may result in
environmental pollution or safety incidents. The owner
of the power battery should bear corresponding
responsibilities.
