In-Vehicle Remote Information System/Data Recorder
The vehicle is equipped with electronic modules that monitor and record data from various in-Vehicle systems, including
the motor, power battery, brake system, electrical system, etc. The electronic module records various driving conditions
and situations, including braking, acceleration, travel information, and other driving details. It also records vehicle
functional information such as charging events and status, enabling/disabling of various systems, diagnostic trouble
codes, vehicle identification code (VIN), speed, driving direction, and location.
The data is stored by the vehicle and regularly wirelessly transmitted to SERES Automotive Limited through the in-
Vehicle remote information system. During the vehicle maintenance process, authorized professional technicians can
access, use, and store the data with user consent. Upon user authorization, we can perform various operations using this
data: provide remote information services, conduct troubleshooting, evaluate vehicle quality, functionality, and
performance, use anonymized data for analysis and research to enhance vehicle and vehicle system improvement and
design, and for other purposes required by law.

transmission, provision, or disclosure of data. We will implement security measures in compliance with applicable laws
