❱❘ Temperature sensor
•
Drain the coolant.
•
Remove the temperature
sensor from the cylinder
head.
•
Immerse the sensor [1] in a
container filled with coolant
[2] making sure to leave the
terminals out of the liquid.
•
Immerse a thermometer [3]
in the liquid so as to check its
temperature.
•
Heat the liquid slowly and
check the resistance of the
sensor using a multimeter
connected as shown in the
diagram according to the
temperature of the liquid by
referring to the attached
table.
❱❘ Ventilator
•
Disconnect the fan from the
harness.
•
Connect a 12V battery
directly to the fan as shown
in the diagram.
•
Check that the fan rotates
correctly without stiffness or
abnormal noise.
