Parameterizable output or input

Active 1 (default) HIGH-level at active output (closer/NO)
Active 0 LOW-level at active output (opener/NC)

Active 1 (default) Activation of input with rising flank
Active 0 Activation of input with dropping flank

Distance
(default)
MF1 is used as distance switching output,
see 3.3.3.
Service MF1 is used as service output, see 3.3.4.
Sleep mode MF1 is used for activation of sleep mode (laser off),
confirmation by ready status
Function description see section 13.5 "Sleep Mode".
Preset MF1 is used as input for activation of the preset
(overwriting the offset).
Offset = Preset value - current measured value
For function description, see section 13.1 "Preset".
SPEED MF1 is used as speed switching output, see 3.3.5.
Monitor (for SSI or Hiperface version only): Displayed if monitor
interface is set to ON in 3.1.4 or 3.1.5.
Distance
MF1 is used as distance switching output.
Active when "UpperLimit" is exceeded.
Inactive when below "LowerLimit".
