Analytical Parameter Audit Trail
ADVIA 1800 software provides an Audit Trail to track user and APTool changes to any
field in the Analytical Parameter window for all methods. The Audit Trail excludes fields
from the Analytical Parameters (Serum) and the ISE Parameter Setting windows.
To view, print, or save to file the Audit Trail:
1. From the menu panel, select Maintenance.
2. From the menu, select Analytical Parameter Audit Trail.
In tabular form, the Audit Trail provides
• the name of the screen where the change was initiated
• the date and time of the change
• the User Code
• the test name
• Version of the Chemistry Method before the change
• Version of the Chemistry Method after the change
• Analy. Cond. No.
• Sub Param. #
• the previous parameter value
• the new parameter value
• Parameter
The Audit Trail can be purged when the user is logged in as the tech_manager.
