Using your own Mailbox (Direct Access)
2.2.1 Dialing your own Mailbox
To access your mailbox you need a service access number, your phone number and your PIN. When you use your
mailbox for the first time you will be prompted to assign yourself a new PIN and to record your name greeting (see

NOTE:
If your
OpenScape Xpressions PhoneMail
configuration allows polling messages without user identifi-

You can dial your own mailbox from your own telephone and from any other telephone of your choice.

Or:
*#Enter your own name via the letter-number assignment: push star, enter name and complete
your entry with the pound key.
