6. Plug your USB stick into the USB port of SITRANSCC220.
⇒ If the log 󹪝le is big, the USER 2 LED 󹪞ashes slowly green while the log 󹪝les are been copied
to the USB stick.
If the log 󹪝le is very small, the copy process is short and the LED 󹪞ashing will not be seen. The
log 󹪝le is small, if you have recorded half a day.
7. If no LED is blinking anymore, remove the USB stick from SITRANSCC220.
8. Send the log 󹪝les to the Technical support (Page68).
9. Before you establish a connection of SITRANS CC220 to SITRANS SCM IQ again (Onboarding),
remove the "ConBox_Commands.json" 󹪝le from the USB stick.
6.2.3 Replacing the backup battery
Prior to replacement

Risk of explosion and release of harmful substances
Improper handling of lithium batteries can result in an explosion of the batteries.
Explosion of the batteries and the released pollutants can cause severe physical injury. Worn
batteries jeopardize the function of the device.
Note the following when handling lithium batteries:
• Replace the battery every 5 years.
• Replace the lithium battery only with the type recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not throw lithium batteries into 󹪝re, do not solder on the cell body, do not recharge, do
not open, do not short-circuit, do not reverse polarity, do not heat above 100 °C and protect
from direct sunlight, moisture and condensation.
