4. Connect new SITRANS CC220.
5. Reconnect old SITRANS MS200 with SITRANS SCM IQto the same MindSphere asset.
6. Reset SITRANS MS200.

6.2.5 Updating 󹪝rmware of SITRANS CC220
Introduction
If a 󹪝rmware update is required, you receive a noti󹪝cation in SITRANSSCMIQ.
Procedure
1. Download the 󹪝rmware update 󹪝le for SITRANSCC220.

2. Plug in an empty and fat32 formatted USB stick with 16GB free disk space into your PC.
3. Store the *.SWU 󹪝le on the USB stick.
4. Insert the USB stick into SITRANSCC220 USB1-X60 port.
⇒USERLED2 is blinking green (takes 5 to 10 minutes).
⇒ Both USER LEDs are blinking orange while the 󹪝rmware update is ongoing (takes 5 to 10
minutes). We recommend you to remove the USB stick from SITRANS CC220.
⇒If the 󹪝rmware update passed the USERLEDs light green for 10 seconds.
⇒SITRANSCC220 reboots.
If 󹪝rmware update fails
⇒USER 1 LED is blinking orange.
⇒USER 2 LED is blinking red.
To go back to old working state, press RESET button, and SITRANSCC220 will reboot.
