Procedure
1. Unscrew the sensor lid: Hold with an open-ended wrench at ② and turn the lid ①
counterclockwise.
2. Lift up the lid ①.
CAUTION
Electrostatic sensitive devices (ESD)
The device contains electronic components which are destroyed by electrostatic charges.
This can result in malfunctions and damage to the machine or plant.

when opening device doors, device covers or the housing cover. For more information, refer
