4.2 Storage conditions

The centrifuge can be stored in its original packaging for up to a year.

• Store the centrifuge only in dry rooms.

• The permissible storage temperature is between -20°C and +60°C.

• If you would like to store it for more than one year, or if you intend to

ship it overseas, please contact the manufacturer.

4.3 Notes on transport

NOTE

The centrifuge weighs approx. 450 kg!

• Always lift the centrifuge with a lifting device (e.g. a fork lift).

• When lifting the centrifuge, always reach under the centrifuge from the

rear side.

• For transport, use suitable packaging and, if at all possible, the original

packaging (see chapter 4.3 - "Notes on transport").

Special equipment - water cooling system

Prior to transporting the centrifuge, the water circuit must be drained in

order to avoid damage, e.g. due to freezing. Only specialised personnel are
