11.4 Table of the service life of rotors and accessories
• If no other data concerning the service life are engraved on the rotor or accessory, rotors and
buckets must be checked by the manufacturer after 10 years.
• If a specification concerning the maximum number of cycles and a specification concerning the
service life (i.e. a date) are provided, the specification that occurs first shall apply.
• After 50,000 cycles, rotors must be scrapped for safety reasons.
