FIP - SPILL TIMING
Ensure the engine is set to the injection
timing of 14

BTDC. (Fig.F.21)
(Mark on pulley or ywheel in line with pointer)
Note : Injection timing varies as per
customer List No. and Engine rating. Refer
list for correct timing.
1st piston TDC at compression stroke can be
veried by the movement of no.1 cylinder FIP
tappet from bottom to upwards while rotating
the engine after removing the FIP inspection
cover. (Fig.F.22)
Loosen the screw of clamp and remove.

Loosen the No.1 delivery valve holder
