1. Commission all SMA Speedwire devices that are to be
subordinate to the System Manager (e.g., inverters).

2. Commission the charging station that is to be configured
as the System Manager.

3. Establish a connection to the user interface of the charging
station that is to be configured as System Manager. There
are various connection options to choose from for this:
• Direct connection via Wi-Fi
• Connection via Wi-Fi in the local network
• Connection via Ethernet in the local network

4. If required, change the network configuration on the wel-
come page. The automatic network configuration recom-
mended by SMA Solar Technology AG via DHCP server
is activated by default. Only change the network configu-
rations if the default configuration is not suitable for your
network.

5. Carry out the configuration using the Commissioning Assis-
tant. Select Charging station as System Manager in
the device configuration.

6. Make further settings if necessary (e.g., configure multi-
function relay, configure arc-fault circuit interrupter).

data visually, create a user account in the Sunny Portal
and create a system in the Sunny Portal or add devices to
an existing system.
