SOLO BETA User Manual
Section 8 _ Encoder/Hall Connector:
This is the input of SOLO for connection of Quadrature Encoders or Hall sensors, as can be seen
below it provides a +5V supply for external usages. The digital inputs of this connector coming
from Encoders or Hall sensors either can have 3.3V or 5V levels. The digital inputs are internally
pulled-up to +5V with 1kΩ resistance to provide 5mA current for open drain/collector
configurations.

- The use of Index pulse is not mandatory and SOLO will work with only providing 2 pulses
from the encoder ( index will act as a corrective measure and is not necessary )
