The *CAL? common query performs an internal calibration and returns status that
indicates whether the waveform generator completes the self-calibration without
error. If an error is detected during calibration, execution immediately stops and
an error code is returned.
. The waveform generator does not respond to any commands or queries
issued during the self-cal. The self-cal takes up to 30 seconds to complete.
