DIAG:STATe
The command executes the self-test routine(s) selected with the
command. If an error is detected during execution, the routine that
detected the error terminates. If all of the self-test routines are selected using the
command, self-testing continues with execution of the next
self-test routine.
CALIBRATION and DIAGNOSTIC

of the self-tests are returned.
