MEMory:LOCk (?)
The $&) command locks or unlocks a file in the internal memory. The
$&) query returns status indicating whether a file is locked or not
locked. The following operations cannot be performed on a locked file:
H File deletion using $&)(
H File overwriting using $&) or load operations
H Commenting of files using $&)#(
H File renaming using $&)"

'(&# is the name of the file to be locked or unlocked,
or a non-zero value (locks the file), and
