Start a measurement in fixed energy mode or use the HSA3500 Juggler program (see
SpecsLab2 manual) to check the voltages at the ground plate (pin 9 of the analyzer
connector, figure 36, Schematics of the 12-pin analyzer feedthrough, page 71).
