6.6 Replacing the adhesive film in the discharge reservoir
There is a double-sided adhesive film available for the discharge reservoir. Dust
and other residues will adhere to the film. (This adhesive film is included in the
scope of supply).
One side of the film is non-permanent adhesive (with a transparent protection
layer). On the other side, there is a permanent adhesive surface (with white
protection layer).
The adhesive film can be ordered from the SPECTRO Shop. The part number can
be found on page 55.
To replace the filter mat, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the old adhesive film (1).
2. Attach the new adhesive film into
the discharge groove.
The protective film is cut on
both sides; that makes its
removal easier.
Ensure the adhesive film is
attached with the non-
permanent side facing down.

Now, the adhesive film is replaced.
