About the guarantee
Guarantee period
The product guarantee period is: 18 months from the date of delivery of the product.
Guarantee scope
Fault diagnosis
Initial error diagnosis, in principle, is carried out by the user.
However, at the request of the user, STEP or STEP's service network can provide
service for a fee.
In this case, according to the result of negotiation with the user, if the cause of failure is
on the side of STEP, the service is free of charge.
Error repair
In case of any error, if repair or product replacement is required, STEP can provide
on-site service for free. However, the following cases are chargeable services:
Error caused by incorrect storage, use or design of the user or its customers.
Error caused by the user's private modification of STEP products without STEP's
knowledge.
Error caused by the use of the product outside of the specifications of STEP.
Error caused by natural disaster or fire.
Error caused by other reasons that are not the responsibility of STEP.
Outside the warranty
Any inconvenience caused to the user or its customers due to the failure of STEP's
products and any damage caused to non-STEP products, whether or not within the
warranty period, are not covered by STEP's warranty.
STEP will not be liable for joint and several damages.
