0: The inverter blocks the output and the motor stops freely;
1: The inverter decelerates and stop running according to the set deceleration time;
2: The inverter decelerates and stops according to the set DC braking. When the frequency is lower
than the DC braking starting frequency P12.03, the DC braking current P12.04 will be injected, and
