2.7 Guarantee and liability

applicable guarantee and liability.
2.8 Compliance with standards
The vehicle lift has been tested, certified and found to comply with:
the ‘Machinery directive’ 2006/42/EC,
EN 61508 (SIL1), EN 1493, EN 418, EN 954-1, EN 60204-1,
1999/5/EC R&TTE Directive,
EN 301 489-01, EN 301 489-02, EN 61000-3-2, EN 61000-3-3,
the Low Voltage Directive EN60950-1, IEC60335-2-29,
the EMC Directive 2004/108/EC.
The product also complies with all applicable CE-directives and therefore bears a
CE plate.
2.9 Trademarks
All trademarks stated in this manual are registered trademarks of their suppliers.
The instructions in this manual do not take into account different national
regulations and laws. When operating the vehicle lift, it is the sole responsibility of
the user to make sure that all applicable local laws and regulations are obeyed.
2.10 Supplements to the manual
If you receive any supplements to the manual from Stertil, these must be inserted
into the manual immediately.
2.11 Additional documentation
The vehicle lift contains components that have not been manufactured by Stertil
but that are a part of the installation. The documentation of these components is
part of the supplied documentation.
For additional information or maintenance procedures always refer to the
documentation of the manufacturer.
