8.4.3 The column lift lowers of its own accord
The cylinder seal is damaged; oil is
leaking continuously.
Have the technical service replace the
cuff or the cylinder.
Leak in the oil line couplings.
Tighten the couplings or union nuts.
Dirty or damaged non-return valve.
Have the non-return valve cleaned or
have it replaced by the technical
service.
Contaminated or damaged lowering
correction valve.
Have the valve cleaned or have it
replaced by the technical service.
8.4.4 The column lift is not raising far enough
Oil level in the tank is too low.
Top up with oil as described in section
Hydraulic oil.
Tighten or crimp the suction filter
attachment.
The steel plug has not been replaced
by the air bleed cap.
The air bleed cap is blocked.
8.4.5 The column lifts do not go up at the same speed
Control system not working correctly.
Use the S1 (UP) and S2 (DOWN)
switches in the control box to lift and
lower without having the safety
measures in place.
Operate the switches until the column
lifts are level. If the fault occurs again,
contact the technical service.
