This will activate the power supply to the column lift(s).
Follow the next described procedure to start the vehicle lift:
1. Turn the main switch to position [1] and press [SELECT] once.
This switches on the main and control circuit power, and the vehicle lift is ready for
use.
A control box on a slave column does not has a main switch.
6.4.3 Raising
To raise the column lifts, press the [UP] button. There is an arrow pointing up
beside this button.
6.4.4 Lowering
Activate the [UNLOCK] button simultaneously with the [DOWN] button to lower the
column lifts. There is an arrow pointing down next to the [DOWN] button.
If the foot protection has been enabled, the lowering action will be interrupted at
approx. 12" above the floor. The column will be lowered further, with an acoustic
signal, when the [UNLOCK] and the [DOWN] are pressed again simultaneously.
This option can be set by a technical service department recognized by Stertil.
If problem situations arise during raising or lowering, release the control buttons or
press the emergency stop.
