Removing the battery cover (platform

Open and lift the battery cove

WARNING
Risk of crushing!
When lifting and closing, limbs could become
trapped.
– Do not reach between covers and chassis.
– Only lift up and position the covers using two
people.
NOTE
On the cab version with sliding doors, the
sliding doors must be closed.
Open and lift the battery cover.
– To do this, fold up t
he handles of the battery
cover.
– Lift the battery cover with help from another
person.
Lift out the batter
y cover.
– To do this, remove the battery cover from
the working area.
– Ensure that no parts can fall into the battery
compartment.
