5.9 Fluid spray gun
To use the optional fluid spray gun it is necessary to activate the coolant pump. If your machine
is equipped with a coolant pump switch, the switch needs to be set to “ON”. If your machine has
no coolant pump switch, activate the coolant pump in the software by the manual mode. After
the coolant system is enabled and the valve is open the coolant switch is ready for use.
Never leave the fluid spray gun in the machine during operating.
5.10 Coolant pump switch
The optional coolant pump switch has 3 positions:
• Off - The coolant pump will be disabled, even if coolant is programmed in the software.
• Automatic - The coolant pump will be enabled if this is programmed in the software.
• On - When the machine is activated the coolant pump will be enabled direct.
Always close the valve after using the fluid spray gun to avoid accidently use.
When there is no coolant output if the coolant pump is enabled, check the valves of the
coolant system.
