6.8 Fan electrical cabinet
The fan that is mounted on the electrical cabinet door is used to cool the electrical cabinet. To prevent the
machine from malfunctioning it is important to keep the fan and filter in clean condition. When dirt and dust block
the in- and outlet of the airflow the temperature inside the electrical cabinet will fail.
The filter and fan should be cleaned at least once a month. To clean the filter the following steps need to be
followed:
1. Pull the cover of the filter. The cover is mounted by a click system.
2. Remove the filter material
3. Clean the filter material by water
4. Place the filter material in the filter house when this is complete dry.
5. Mount the cover of the filter housing.
Also it is important to clean the fan itself. The fan can be cleaned by using a brush vacuum cleaner or
compressed air.
