• Align the matching mark D on the handlebars with the throttle
holder matching surface.
• Tighten the screws B securely.
NOTE:
Make sure that the cut-line E of collar C to lower side.
• Align the matching mark F on the handlebars with the master
cylinder matching surface.
• Tighten the master cylinder holder lower bolt G first tempo-
rarily to provide clearance on the upper side and then tighten
both the master cylinder holder bolts D to the specified
torque. (5-18)
Master cylinder holder bolt :
(Lower): 12 N·m (1.2 kgf-m, 8.5 lbf-ft)
(Upper): 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lbf-ft)
Handlebars
• Apply handle grip bond A to the left handlebar end and inside
of the left grip.
