5) Remove the spacer (4).
Installation
CAUTION
!
The removed snap ring, dust seal and
bearings must be replaced with new ones.
1) Apply grease to the wheel bearings.
: Grease 99000–25010 (SUZUKI SUPER
GREASE “A” or equivalent)
2) First install the left wheel bearings with the special
tool, using the suitable spacer “A” match for the
outside dimension of bearing.
3) Next install the spacer (1) and install the right wheel
bearing with the suitable spacer “A” and special tool.
Special tool
(A): 09941–34513 (Steering race installer)
CAUTION
!
The sealed cover of the bearing must face
outside.
4) Install the snap ring (2).

: 09900–06108 (Snap ring remover (Close
type))
