Program All Scanners
When this mode is enabled, scanning parameter bar codes changes the settings on the primary scanner (LS7708) and the hand-
held scanner. If either scanner does not recognize a particular parameter bar code (the parameter was not meant for that
scanner), that scanner emits an error beep. The other scanner emits a warble tone.
