INFORMATION
Intermediate Cleaning
Intermediate Cleaning reduces the possibility of cross contamination and
background signals.
Requirements
• Sample tube with 2 ml Cleaning Solution
• Sample tube with 2 ml Sheath Fluid
Procedure
1. Connect a Sample tube filled with Cleaning Solution.
2. Click [Intermediate Cleaning].
3. Connect a Sample tube filled with Sheath Fluid.
4. Click [Intermediate Cleaning].
6.5 Shutdown procedure
6.5.1 Shutdown cleaning
A shutdown cleaning procedure is available to clean the device. Shutdown procedure:
Choose the clean symbol in the upper part below the menu bar (File Operations).
Requirements
• Sample tube with 2 ml Cleaning Solution
• Sample tube with 2 ml Decontamination Solution
• Sample tube with 2 ml Sheath Fluid

Procedure
1. Select the [Shutdown Cleaning mode].
2. Press [Start].
3. Follow the instructions viewed.
4. The software will shut down automatically once the procedure is finished.
