8.2.5. CHECK THE GAS SPRING
1. Check the efficiency of the gas spring, making sure it sufficiently cushions the stem return to its
outward position.
2. Clean the stem using a dry cloth.
CAUTION: do NOT lubricate the gas spring stem for any reason.
8.2.6. CHECK THE LEVER LIMIT SWITCH BUFFERS
1. Check the wear status of the lever limit switch buffers. Repair and/or replace any worn parts.
2. Check the position of the buffers and make sure they are firmly fastened in place.
8.2.7. CHECK THE CROSS LIMIT SWITCH
1. Check the wear status of the cross limit switch. Repair and/or replace any worn parts.
2. Check the position of the cross limit switches and make sure they are firmly fastened in place.
8.2.8. CHECKING THE UPHOLSTERY
1. Check the wear status of the upholstery. Replace any worn parts.
